VOLUNTEERING FOR THOSE IN RECOVERY
Brothers volunteered at Francis Slocum State Park with The Salvation Army and Clem-Mar house for those recovering from addiction.
THE BIG EVENT
Brothers participated in a Wilkes University-wide event, where we went to CEO Weinberg Food Bank to assemble supplemental food boxes for senior citizens in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area!
BLUE CHIP FARM ANIMAL REFUGE
Brothers and Pledges volunteered at Blue Chip Animal Refuge where they raked leaves, cleaned kennels, and walked dogs.
DOG TOY MAKING WITH BROTHERS
Potential recruits got to socialize with Brothers and make dog toys that will be donated to Blue Chip Farm in Dallas, PA.
CARE PACKAGE PLEDGE EVENT
FPC '22 hosted a philanthropy event that was put together by the pledge class philanthropist. The brothers and pledges created care packages for residents of Meadows Nursing Home and signed hand prints from a Brother or recruit to let them know that there's always someone to support them.
THE BACKPACK PROJECT
Brother Dr. Roke Thomas, brothers, and other students helped fill backpacks full of hygiene products to the underserved population in Wilkes-Barre.
GOLF TOURNAMENT
Brothers of Kappa Psi hosted their golf tournament where they donated $3,000 for their philanthropic partner, Reach Out and Read.
